Lattice tower construction

Heightsafety International (Pty) Ltd specialize in the erection and dismantling of three and four leg lattice mast structures by using a floating gib pole method. We have experience in pipe and angle iron type masts form 10m up to 100m. Our aim is to offer a turnkey solution  that includes the following:

  • Digging of foundation
  • Bending and binding re-enforcing steel
  • Placement and installation of shuttering the foundation
  • Pouring and finishing of concrete
  • Sorting, cleaning and painting of all steel components
  • Installation and erecting of all steel sections. Lattice sections, platforms, and ladders.
  • Installation and connection of all lighting protection for the lattice structure.
  • Installation of navigation and or warning lights
  • Installation of antennas
  • Installation of feeders, lighting protection kits and connectors
