HEIGHTSAFETY REACHES FOR THE STARS

A first of its kind for South Africa, Heightsafety International is very proud to be associated with Clover in a project of this nature and magnitude.

Some of you may have noticed a few billboards, especially in the Gauteng area, lately shining out above the rest. These little stars of the billboard are called ‘Reflecto-Lite’ discs, and they hail all the way from the USA. Reflecto-Lite's shimmering mirrored discs catch all natural or projected light and throw back a magnified sparkle of brilliantly multicoloured highlights in random patterns. Reflecto-Lite discs have been used extensively in the USA and the Ivory Coast but these shiny little gems have hit our shores for the first time to be used on such a large scale, and we at Heightsafety have had the distinct honour of being the company chosen to install these discs.

Heightsafety did a trial run for the client on 21 April in Bryanston. They were so pleased with the results that they decided to do a further 11 billboards of the same kind across the country, as far afield as Durban and Cape Town. Take a trip down the M1 in Johannesburg you’re be sure to be amazed.
