Heightsafety Training Academy (Pty) Ltd successfully delivered Tactical Rope Work Training in Abu Dhabi.
Heightsafety Training Academy was contract by TTS (Tactical Training Solutions) to deliver this Rope work training to CNIA (Critical National Infrastructure Authority)
This training was conducted on-site from the 15th of July 2011 to the 25th of July 2011. .Training included practical exercises from.
Various buildings and structures were utilized to achieve these outcomes per the correct standards.
Training quality was aligned to SAQA Unit Standard 115458, Conduct basic rope work operations from fixed platforms.
The exercises included:
- Abseiling stopping procedures
- Improvised belay techniques,
- Abseiling emergencies such as passing a knot with the minimum amount of equipment
- Abseiling with a leg bag
- Abseiling buddy rescues
