TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Heightsafety Training Academy (Pty) Ltd requires a formal purchase order and learner name list with ID numbers when booking for a course.
- Full payment is required before any skills transfer will commence.
- Although HSTA strives for learner excellence and provides all possible assistance and support to learners with special needs and assessment needs, no learner can be found competent should he/she fail to attend the full learning programme, fail to submit a complete portfolio of evidence, fail to complete and submit workbook assignments or fail to attend and complete applicable assessments. External moderation and certification is done via the SETQAA process and can take up to 60 days to be completed and endorsed.
